You can take out to 10,000 ryo on a loan at any point, and ALL loans come with an interest rate, of course. The interest on a loan is the same no matter how much you borrow.
Interest rate is 5% compounded monthly. Which means each month I will spam your inbox reminding you that you owe money. When you pay me off, I'll stop. If you can't pay it back, I maul you and sell your crud or something.
